How to delete your data
Follow these steps, in order:
- Sign in to Ultrametrics.
- Open Connectors and choose the connected platform (Meta Ads or Google Ads).
- Open its Settings tab and choose Disconnect — reading stops immediately and our stored sign-in for it is deleted.
- To remove everything, open Settings and use Delete account. You type a confirmation, and the deletion happens immediately — no waiting and no request to us.
- If you would rather we did it, or you can no longer sign in, write to privacy@ultrametrics.in and we will delete the account after verifying who you are.
- Either route permanently removes your account, connected OAuth tokens, synced marketing data, AI conversations, uploaded assets and workspace data.
What will be deleted
- Your stored sign-in for each connected platform (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Sheets)
- Every file you uploaded, every image and video we generated for you, and the poster frames made from your videos
- Campaign and ad performance we had synced into your workspace
- Your AI conversations, campaigns, briefs and generated copy
- Your workspace, its settings, its members and its subscription record
- Your sign-in account itself
Verification and timing
- Deletion happens while you wait. You are signed in and you type a confirmation phrase; there is no separate verification step and no request to us.
- Our stored copy of each connected platform's sign-in is deleted with your workspace. We do not call Meta or Google to revoke it for you — to remove Ultrametrics at their end as well, remove it in your Meta Business settings or your Google account permissions.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Platform requirements
Ultrametrics complies with Meta Platform Terms, the Google API Services User Data Policy including its Limited Use requirements, and applicable privacy regulations regarding user data deletion.
Google data specifically. Disconnecting Google Ads or Google Sheets deletes our stored Google OAuth tokens immediately and stops all further reading. Your Google Ads performance figures are not stored in our database at all — they are read from Google when you ask for them and held only briefly in memory — so there is no separate copy of them to delete. You can also revoke our access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Anything we already exported to your own Google Sheet stays in your Google account, under your control, for you to delete.
